A GOOD PLACE TO START

Your questions, answered.

A few useful things to know before you begin.

Do I need to know how to code?+

No prior coding experience is assumed. Day 1 uses Claude App; Day 2 includes guided commands in Claude Code Desktop. Complete account, permission and Node.js setup before the workshop.

How do I enrol?+

Choose a programme and request a place. Staff review your request and send an email invitation when it is approved. Sign in with the invited email to access your programme.

Is payment required on this website?+

The first version does not take payments. Staff will discuss any training arrangements directly with you.

Can I learn at my own pace?+

Yes. All 13 tutorials and the fictional practice pack are public. Visitor step checks stay in that browser; actively enrolled learners save steps to their account. Lesson completion is a separate manual action.

Will my report run when my laptop is off?+

The required MVP uses a local routine: Claude Desktop must be open and the computer awake. You will inspect a real scheduled run and practise pausing and recovery. Cloud routines are a separate extension.

What happened to the previous programmes?+

They have been replaced by AI Leadership Lab. Historical learner records are retained, but old enrolment and progress do not transfer to the new workshop. Request a place in the new programme for account-based progress.

Do I receive a qualification?+

The portal records participation and lesson completion. Formal assessments, accredited qualifications, and certificates are not included in the initial release.

Can our organisation have a private workshop?+

Yes. Use the team training enquiry form to discuss your goals and a private cohort.

Where do I use AI tools?+

Exercises run in Claude App and Claude Code Desktop on your laptop. Tool subscriptions, usage and organisation permissions are separate from workshop enrolment. The portal does not execute AI tasks.
