How the training portal uses information to support your learning.
Information used by the portal
The portal stores your name, email, training requests, enrolments, and lesson completion. Organisation enquiries include the company details and message you provide. Staff access changes are recorded for accountability.
Service providers
Hosting, authentication, data storage, video delivery, email, and error monitoring use the configured hosting provider, PostgreSQL, Mux, Amazon SES, and Sentry. AI exercises use external tools under their own policies. Do not include confidential information in exercise prompts or enquiry messages.
Your choices
You can stop using the portal and request assistance through the training team. A verified privacy contact and a data access/deletion process must be published before launch.
